Here's how it works:

Once you've decided that you want Tracy to write a poem, a speech, lyrics, or a
letter for you, you should first fill out the order form.  Tracy will contact you
within 24 hours with either a confirmation that she is ready to begin your
project or a request for more details.  Once Tracy has sent you a confirmation,
you are required to submit your payment.  Pricing information and payment
buttons (linked to PayPal) can be found on the "ordering" page.

As soon as your payment is received, Tracy will begin working!  For all poems,
letters, and song lyrics, you can expect a first draft in 3-5 days; speeches in 4-7.  
Tracy will revise your poem as many times as necessary for FREE
until you are completely satisfied!  Each revision may take up to 3 days,
so please allow sufficient time.

When your project is completed, please leave some feedback on the form (found
on the 'About Tracy' page) so she can continue to improve and refine this
website and her work.
